Responsibilities

* Support chefs and cooks during meal preparation by following instructions accurately
* Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure high standards of hygiene are maintained at all times.
* Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting any shortages to the kitchen manager.
* Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a kitchen environment, such as catering or restaurant settings, is preferred but not essential.
* A basic understanding of food safety principles and practices is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
* A willingness to learn and develop culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs.
