The Digital b2b Experience Manager will lead the digital transformation of Dermalogica’s education ecosystem by designing and maintaining innovative, scalable, and connected digital platforms. This role ensures every online touchpoint — from LMS to Site — delivers a seamless, intuitive, and future‑ready experience for learners, educators, and retail partners. The role will combine UX design, systems thinking, and automation to future‑proof how we deliver content, measure engagement, and support Professional Skin Therapist (PST), Retail, and consumer communities — including linking educational experiences with loyalty and commerce platforms.
Job Requirements
* Strong background in digital platforms, UX/UI design, and web technology.
* Experienced in WordPress, LMS systems, Shopify, API integrations, and analytics.
* Skilled in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital optimisation tools.
* Analytical, innovative, and comfortable leading technical projects.
* Experience in education, e‑learning, or the beauty/wellness industry is advantageous.
* Experience linking digital education, engagement platforms, and loyalty or eCommerce initiatives preferred.
Job Responsibilities
* Digital Infrastructure & Systems Management
o Own and optimise all education digital platforms (LMS, Pro Site, CMS, APIs).
o Partner with IT, Digital, Shopify, and Sales teams to integrate systems, including loyalty programs, eCommerce touchpoints, and content delivery.
o Identify and implement automation opportunities that enhance efficiency in content delivery, reporting, and customer service.
o Develop and document digital processes, governance, and performance standards.
* Design & User Experience
o Lead UX/UI design using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and related tools.
o Ensure all interfaces are intuitive, accessible, and on‑brand.
o Prototype and test new features that enhance the learner journey.
o Translate content and commercial needs into functional, user‑friendly digital executions.
* Digital Innovation & Futureproofing
o Research and pilot emerging technologies (AI, gamification, personalisation, chatbots, etc.) to evolve the learning experience.
o Support scalability and automation in both educational and commerce‑linked experiences.
o Build a data‑driven feedback loop using analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to continuously improve platforms.
* Sales & Loyalty Integration
o Work closely with Sales teams to ensure digital education platforms support loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.
o Align LMS, Pro Site, and Shopify integrations with loyalty touchpoints to drive PST participation and retail engagement.
o Develop dashboards and reporting to track cross‑platform engagement and the impact on loyalty and sales outcomes.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration
o Work together with the Community & Content Engagement Manager to bring creative campaigns and learning content to life digitally.
o Collaborate with Marketing to ensure alignment with brand and global infrastructure.
o Support internal teams in digital best practice, training, and adoption of new tools.
