Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security/Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and assistance to ensure a memorable experience. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries or requests.
* Manage resident lock outs efficiently, ensuring all procedures are followed.
* Coordinate patrols efficiently.
* Manage deliveries and issue to residents ensuring the procedure is followed.
* Monitor security measures by overseeing CCTV and surveillance systems to ensure safety.
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area, ensuring it is always presentable for staff.
* Respond promptly to emergencies, utilising first aid skills when necessary until professional help arrives.
* Dealing with Fire alarm activations & evacuations.
* Bin rotations in the bin room.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role is preferred.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with residents from diverse backgrounds.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with excellent organisational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£12.41 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 60 per week
