Sitting within our Technical Pricing Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping pricing strategy, unlocking performance through data, and driving innovation across our insurance business.
This is a high-impact role offering visibility across RAC’s pricing, commercial, and product functions. You’ll be at the heart of our pricing evolution, helping us deliver best-in-class practices and exceed performance targets. Reporting into the Technical Pricing Manager, you’ll also mentor junior analysts and collaborate with external insurer partners.

What You’ll Be Doing
7. Develop and deploy advanced pricing features and data enrichment strategies
8. Deliver insightful analysis to support commercial decision-making
9. Drive improvements in pricing capability and governance
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic objectives
11. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
12. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal governance
What You’ll Bring
13. Strong technical pricing and analytical expertise, ideally within insurance
14. Proficiency in SQL/SAS, Python, Radar/Emblem, and Databricks
15. Understanding of data science techniques and their commercial application
16. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
17. A numerical degree (2:1 or above) and A-level Maths (Grade A or above)
18. A proactive mindset with a passion for raising the bar
