Parts Sales Advisor – Burton Branch
SDL Minorfern is looking for a parts sales advisor to join our Burton branch.
Each working week consists of 45 hours, comprising five 8.5‑hour days Monday to Friday. An additional five hours are scheduled on alternate Saturdays. You will receive a 30‑minute meal break.

You will be responsible for providing our existing customer base with excellent customer service and delivering their daily product requirements via telephone and sales counter.

What will the role be?
* Provide products, information and meet customer requirements via telephone and sales counter
* Deliver excellent customer service to customers’ product requirements
* Ensure products supplied are 100% correct to customer requirements
* Maintain high‑quality customer service day in day out
* Communicate offers and promotions to our customer network
* Work with the logistics department to ensure parts are delivered on time
* Primarily local branch based
* Represent our company and maintain high standards
What will the role require?
* Excellent team player with a desire to succeed
* Motor factor sales experience or strong interest in cars, mechanical knowledge and sales enthusiasm
* Computer literate with basic IT skills
* Experience with MAM software or similar and OE cataloguing sites
* Excellent communication skills even under pressure
* Passion for top‑class customer service
* Numeracy and literacy
* Professional manner and smart personal appearance
Salary
£28,571.40 – £30,000 per year
