I am currently recruiting for a passionate SEN Teacher to join an IQM:awarded, independent specialist day school. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly personalised learning environment for students aged 6:19 with complex needs (PMLD, MLD, SLD, Autism, and ADHD).

As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high:quality, engaging learning, within a meaningful and individualised curriculum designed to challenge and stretch all learners in your class. Key Responsibilities:

* PGCE, QTS, or equivalent teaching qualification with evidence of ongoing professional development (essential).
* A solid understanding of the Teacher Standards and expectations.
* Experience or knowledge of SEN, particularly sensory:led curriculums.
* Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
* Attention to detail in assessing, recording, and reporting progress.
* Leadership skills, with the ability to guide and support other adults in the classroom.
