We’re looking for an experienced Communications Lead/ Head to join a power house nationally recognised brand.
Joining their innovative and thriving Customer team, you’ll be in an environment where you can make real impact across their trade and business customers.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering high-quality, consistent, and engaging external B2B communications. You’ll take full ownership of the overall communication strategy.
Key responsibilities
* Develop and implement a clear external B2B communications strategy aligned with business and customer engagement goals
* Lead the planning and execution of communications to support campaigns, partnerships, events, and business changes
* Tailor communications to meet the specific needs of different customer segments
* Oversee all external-facing content to ensure consistency of voice and messaging
* Put in place processes to coordinate communication flow, ensuring customer-facing teams are well-briefed and able to deliver effectively
* Manage the approvals process with senior stakeholders and relevant brand teams
* Collaborate closely with marketing, events, and PR to maintain alignment across the customer journey
We’re looking for someone who brings
* Strong communications experience within FMCG, wholesale, commercial, or B2B environments
* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
* Confidence in handling sensitive or high-impact messaging
* Proven ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
* A proactive mindset, with the ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement
