Due to expansion of the business, DCR Electrical Ltd are very excited to be able to offer two full-time Administration Assistant job opportunities - one within the Mechanical & Heating team and one within the Electrical, Solar & Building team.
Responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming customer calls and assisting with enquiries
* Entering customer data accurately into our CRM system
* Assisting with calendar management for specific departments
* Scheduling appointments for the sales team
* Taking customer payments over the telephone
* Collating and sending handover packs for new installations
* Assisting the Managing Director with P.A. duties, such as diary management, emails and booking travel arrangements
What we're looking for:
* Experience in a busy administrative role (desired but not essential if you show the right attitude and willingness to learn)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Methodical, accurate and highly organised
* Ability to work well under pressure
* A genuine desire to help others and deliver high-quality work
* Ambition to grow and develop within a successful, supportive team
* Strong IT skills including Outlook, Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes
The hours for this role will be 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Overtime will also be available.
