Are you looking for a new challenge and career development? This role blends account management, operations, and creative collaboration in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with UK retail and corporate clients, nurture relationships with international suppliers, and manage sourcing through to delivery, and all the process in between!!
This role offers a unique opportunity to manage relationships with key accounts, oversee stock management, and support the production of bespoke gifts.
You will be a crucial part of our operation, ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, design teams, and clients to deliver a premium product to customers.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key UK retail and corporate clients.
2.
Collaborate with international suppliers to enhance the range.
3.
Raise purchase orders and order components to meet production needs.
4.
Manage stock and support production planning for timely delivery.
5.
Resolve queries with customer service teams, suppliers, and production departments.
6.
Gain financial understanding to accurately raise costs to customers.
7.
Support creative projects, from design briefs and photoshoots to marketing campaigns.
8.
Assist in executing the marketing strategy, including social media and e-marketing.
9.
Upload new products to e-commerce platforms.
10.
Be hands-on during peak season, working on-site with suppliers.
11.
General office administration and ad-hoc project support.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We're looking for a positive, motivated, and career-minded individual who thrives in a fast-moving, creative environment.
12.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills; proven ability working within Account Management/ Project Management ideally within a Manufacturing or fast moving field.
13.
A problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude.
14. Financial acumen, ability to juggle different projects and understand profit and loss/costings.
15.
Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
16.
Strong team player who can also work independently.
17.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
18.
Comfortable working to tight deadlines and under pressure.
19. Ideally a driver, due to location.
