37.5hrs, Monday to Friday, 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 (Weekly Rotating)
Starting total remuneration £32,148.90 - (Starting salary & shift allowance, increasing with progression)
As a Trainee Printer, you will:
1. Start your printing journey in our Pre-Press department for a brief period of time, developing your foundation knowledge of the printing machines and their functions.
2. Progress swiftly into a more hands-on training position with support and guidance from our experienced printers, learning all the technical knowledge you will need to fully run the print machines.
3. Be enrolled onto The FIA Academy Flexographic Skills training programme, which has been designed by expert flexographic printers, and will provide you with a professional qualification after completion.
4. Become more skilled and influence our Continuous Improvement Culture and bring forward ideas for improved efficiencies and innovation.
5. Lead by example and ensure excellent Health and Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
6. Work alongside the Pre-Press department and the Finishing Department to allow for an efficient production flow.
