This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Officer - Retirement Living Services, based at Kingswood, Kingsway, Chester, CH2 2FF.
As an RLS Site Officer, you will be responsible for delivering a building maintenance and general handyperson service, carrying out basic repairs and maintenance, health and safety inspections, waste management, and maintenance of fire alarm, CCTV, and door entry systems. You will also escalate fault reports to contractors.
We are looking for candidates with previous experience in building maintenance and general handyperson activities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting the elderly and possess excellent communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers, and contractors.
What will my working week look like?
You will work 21 hours per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, based at Kingswood Retirement Living Scheme.
What will I be responsible for doing?
Primarily, you will deliver a building maintenance and handyperson service, including basic repairs, health and safety inspections, waste management, and maintenance of fire alarm, CCTV, and door entry systems. You will escalate faults to contractors as needed.
