Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive school in West Drayton. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children reach their full potential in a positive learning environment. The Role: Supporting pupils in the classroom, in small groups, or on a 1:1 basis Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom organisation Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN where appropriate Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment The Ideal Candidate: Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) Has experience working with children in a school or educational setting Is patient, reliable, and passionate about education Has strong communication and interpersonal skills Works well as part of a team and independently Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
