We're growing our Cyber Security function and we're looking for a versatile Cyber Security Manager to support a wide range of initiatives. In this role, you'll be involved in strategy, operations, compliance, and risk management helping us build a strong, secure foundation for the Morrisons Group.
You'll be responsible for:
* Managing key areas of the cyber security programme
* Leading internal teams and working with third-party suppliers
* Supporting day to day operations as well as strategic security goals
* Producing reports and insights for the Security team and senior leaders
* Contributing to continuous improvement across all areas of cyber security
Success looks like:
* Objectives across security strategy and delivery are consistently met
* Supplier performance is effectively managed
* You're seen as a go-to person for security knowledge and leadership
About you
You're a well rounded cyber professional with experience across different areas of security. Whether it's operations, compliance, or strategy and you're confident, proactive, and thrive in a varied role.
You'll also have:
* Broad cyber security experience across strategy, operations, and governance
* Experience managing projects, people, or suppliers
* A good understanding of risk, incident response, and regulatory frameworks
* Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders
* A passion for improving security in a fast-moving retail business
