Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Manchester for a Guest Experience Manager. The Guest Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing customer interactions, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service.
The Guest Experience Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and vibe of our brand. Focusing on cultivating guest relationships, enhancing their experience, and driving community engagement. The ideal candidate will be well-established in the city and have a robust network of contacts within the hospitality and dining sectors.

Areas of Responsibility
Guest Relations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring a personalised and memorable dining experience.
Networking
Leverage existing contacts and forge new relationships within the local community, including businesses, organisations, and influencers to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility.
Event Planning
Organise and execute special events, promotions, and community outreach programs to engage guests and boost restaurant attendance.
Feedback Management
Gather and analyse guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with departmental managers to implement changes to enhance the overall guest experience.
Marketing Support
Work closely with the marketing team to create and promote guest experience initiatives, including social media engagement.
Sales Strategy
Assist in developing sales strategies aimed at increasing guest retention and attracting new clientele.
Team Development
Recruit, train, develop and line manage a high-performing team of hosts including a Reservations Manager.
Systems Managing
Owning relevant systems such as Seven Rooms, Google My Business, TripAdvisor and FeedItBack replying to all guest feedback in a timely manner.
The Ideal Candidate Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in hospitality, guest relations, or business development, preferably in the restaurant industry.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise.
Strong networking skills with an established presence in the local community.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
Creative problem-solver who can think on their feet and adapt to changing situations.
Passion for food and beverage, with a keen understanding of dining trends and customer preferences.
A passion for providing exceptional hospitality and a genuine commitment to ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
