🚀 Mid/Senior UX/UI Designer – 3-Month Contract
📍 Hybrid (London 1 day a week)
💰 £400–550/day DOE (Inside IR35)

We’re looking for a mid/senior designer to join an exciting AI-driven staffing tool project. The product is currently in the implementation phase, with visioning and strategy complete, and a rich backlog ready to go.
You’ll work in a scrum agile environment, taking ownership across the full design lifecycle: from insights and concepts through to prototyping, user testing, and preparing designs for development.

This AI-driven staffing tool provides a powerful resource planning solution that gives a clear view of capacity today while offering intelligent forecasts for the future. It helps teams turn complex data into simple, actionable insights, enabling faster and more confident decision-making.
Key capabilities include:
* Future availability: visibility into which people or teams will be free or overbooked in the coming weeks or months.
* Project delivery risk: surfacing where deadlines, workloads, or staffing choices may impact project outcomes.
* Operational efficiency: identifying how resources are likely to be utilized going forward, based on demand patterns.
What You’ll Do
* Be skilled in work-shopping and conducting discovery sessions
* Drive UX/UI execution on a complex B2B AI product
* Handle epics and sprint-based tasks in an agile squad
* Design, wireframe, and prototype key product flows
* Collaborate on user testing to refine solutions
* Ensure smooth handover to development
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience designing complex B2B products
* Strong track record working in agile (scrum, epics, stories)
* Confident across the end-to-end design process, particularly in UX
* Bonus points for experience with AI-driven design tools
