HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) - Halesowen
Location: Halesowen
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday) part-time available
The Ideal HLTA Candidate Will Have:
A recognised HLTA qualification or a Level 4 or above child-related qualification
Previous experience supporting learning within a primary school setting
Confidence in leading small group work and covering lessons in the teacher's absence
Strong communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development as an HLTA
Please note, if you hold only a Level 2 or Level 3 child-related qualification, unfortunately, you will not be considered for this HLTA role. However, we would still love to hear from you regarding Teaching Assistant opportunities in Halesowen and surrounding areas.
