Qualifications
Principal Oracle Solution Architect
Experience
You will have:
* Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Finance systems and understanding the full capabilities of Oracle HCM, Procurement, PPM, and EPM applications.
* Experience leading large multi-pillar programs, including Finance and HCM, in a solution lead capacity.
* Experience designing Data Migration, Integration, and Reporting solutions using Oracle tools such as OIC and OAC.
* Experience implementing Oracle eBS Finance applications.
* Proven ability to drive teams to meet challenging goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
You will have:
* Ability to clearly articulate solutions and provide leadership in challenging situations.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
* Commercial awareness and understanding of business cases.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
* Ability to manage multiple assignments and balance competing priorities.
* Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or ERP is a plus; multiple certifications expected in future.
* Accountancy qualifications are a plus.
