Job Description
What will you be doing?
We're seeking a talented individual to join our Private Client Tax team in Bristol. This role involves providing tax compliance and advisory services for a wide range of private clients, including individuals, trusts, private companies, and family offices.

Responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partners, HNWIs, non-UK domiciliaries, non-UK residents, partnerships, and trusts.
* Identifying advisory opportunities and managing related projects.
* Liaising with Partners, demonstrating management skills, conducting appraisals, monitoring staff performance, providing on-the-job training, and addressing staff questions.
* Handling the administration of client portfolios, ensuring compliance, and preparing accounts, tax returns, and tax computations.
* Preparing reports, attending client meetings, and responding to inquiries regarding personal tax affairs.
* Providing exceptional client service and maintaining regular contact with clients.
Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
* Experience within a professional services firm.
* Good knowledge of personal tax compliance, with some exposure to planning and advisory work.
* Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines under pressure.
* Strong written communication skills for drafting correspondence and explaining technical issues clearly.
* Good interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and staff.
* Customer-focused approach to meeting deadlines and client needs.
* Experience supervising staff and supporting senior management.
Education and Qualifications:
ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification.
