About the role: Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors and 2ICs Provide regular feedback, training, and development opportunities Foster a positive, performance-driven culture Sales & Performance Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Implement strategies to increase customer engagement and conversion Monitor KPIs and identify growth opportunities Customer Experience Deliver exceptional, personalised service aligned with Elizabeth Arden’s luxury standards Build strong client relationships and brand loyalty through tailored consultations Resolve customer queries or concerns with professionalism and care Visual Merchandising & Presentation Maintain immaculate counter presentation and visual merchandising standards Ensure product testers, signage, and stock displays are clean, organised, and on-brand Stock Management Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure accurate inventory management Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with store policies and Elizabeth Arden procedures Manage roster planning, timesheets, and daily operational tasks Communicate effectively with Area Managers and MYER Store Management Brand Ambassador Represent Elizabeth Arden with professionalism, passion, and pride Stay up to date with new product launches, campaigns, and brand education Actively participate in events, promotions, and store-wide activities Benefit to you: Prestigious Brand Legacy Be part of a globally renowned beauty house with over 100 years of innovation in skincare, fragrance, and cosmetics.
