The Senior Segment Marketing Manager owns the strategy and customer growth for their allocated segments. To be successful in this role, they must be capable of diving into the detail, knowing their numbers, and able to quickly pull a plan together to address gaps in performance. Segment managers are the go-to point of contact across the business, working cross functionally and being able to influence others is a must. They must be able to thrive in a high growth, high pressure environment, and be able to balance speed of execution with impact.
What will you be doing?
1. Create, maintain and deliver strategic GTM plans by segment
2. Own forecasting and achievement of penetration and associated KPIs by audience
3. Act as the single point of contact and subject matter expert for their designated audiences
4. Share insight and commentary contextualising performance
5. Engage stakeholders and provide virtual leadership across all activities for their designated audiences
6. Propose and optimise marketing investment activities in conjunction with key stakeholders
What we are looking for?:
7. Familiarity with subscriber & recurring revenue Telco model
8. Track record of delivery working in a matrix environment
9. Customer Acquisition in a Commercial organisation
10. Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities across different customer groups and projects
11. Detail driven and able to articulate simple stories from complex data trends
12. Strategic thinker able to see the bigger picture and create visions for the future
13. Strong drive to succeed and highly resilient to overcoming problems
