Contract Manager – Public Sector (Infrastructure)
Location: London x2 days per week onsite
Salary: £55,000-£65,000 Plus 15% bonus

The Role:
You will lead and coordinate complex and strategically significant supplier contracts and frameworks, including those for surveys and technical/commercial advisory services. Many of these arrangements are newly established and will require the development of robust processes and practices. This is a pivotal role in delivering strategic business outcomes and high-priority objectives across all marine sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contract Management: Manage complex contracts, ensuring compliance, performance standards, and timely delivery.
* Supplier Management: Oversee suppliers, ensuring effective communication and performance management. Develop strong relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Performance Management: Monitor and manage supplier and contract performance against agreed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels.
* Procurement Support: Contribute
* Reporting & Compliance: Present regular reports on contract performance and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and policy requirementsto the procurement process by providing operational input for the retendering of contracts.
About You
* Knowledge or experience of public procurement including a working knowledge of public procurement, which could include the Procurement Act 2023.
* Experience of managing multiple contracts concurrently and resolving complex commercial and contractual issues.
* Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
* Robust experience in risk management and compliance.
