We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and customer-focused professional who can communicate clearly, think fast, and close when it counts. This is not a sit-back-and-answer-phones role - this is a position where service and sales go hand-in-hand.
What You’ll Do
* Answer inbound calls and turn inquiries into paying customers
* Handle customer questions, service requests, and problem resolution with confidence
* Make outbound follow-ups to close leads and retain customers
* Communicate with technicians and office team to keep operations running smoothly
* Enter and manage customer data accurately in our system
* Deliver a professional, high-energy experience on every interaction
What We’re Looking For
* Prefer someone in the immediate Aberdeen area
* Strong communicator (clear, confident, and professional on the phone)
* Comfortable with sales conversations and closing business
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Able to handle a fast-paced environment without getting overwhelmed
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems a plus)
* High School Diploma or GED required

* Part-time to start
