What you’ll be doing… Driving new business across corporate, social, charity and community markets, showcasing Easter Road as a leading events destination. Managing and growing a strong pipeline of conferences and events, delivering (and exceeding) monthly and annual sales targets. Handling inbound enquiries, creating tailored proposals, and hosting engaging stadium site visits that bring the venue to life. Working closely with Hibernian FC’s commercial and community teams to align event activity with club values and fan culture. Delivering exceptional service from first enquiry to final delivery, collaborating with operations and culinary teams for a seamless client journey. Representing Elior and Hibernian FC at trade shows, networking events, and familiarisation visits, acting as a creative and professional brand ambassador. Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 37.5 Hours per week | 9:00am - 17:00pm What can you bring? Proven experience in event, venue, or hospitality sales, ideally gained in a stadium, hotel, or conference setting. A track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets, with a strong commercial mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with confidence engaging clients, partners, and internal teams. Strong organisational ability, managing multiple projects, deadlines, and client needs with ease. Competence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and sales records.
