Role Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of private clients including trusts, estates, landlords, and HNWIs
* Prepare and review complex personal tax and trust returns (routine work like P60s and P11Ds is handled by junior team members)
* Deliver calculations and advice relating to CGT, IHT, and trust structures
* Assist senior colleagues with strategic tax planning, including trust and estate planning
* Handle HMRC correspondence and deliver clear guidance to clients on tax issues
* Mentor and support junior staff where needed
* Take an active role in shaping the direction and scope of the growing tax team

What We're Looking For
* A solid background in personal, corporate, or mixed tax within practice
* ATT or CTA qualified (or qualified by experience)
* Expertise in personal and trust taxation; no non-dom work involved (outsourced where needed)
* A confident communicator who enjoys client interaction
* Friendly, outgoing personality with a proactive mindset
* Keen to take ownership of your work and play a part in shaping the team's future
