Qualifications
* Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both spoken and written.

* 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience within the fashion, retail, and pop-up event sectors.
* Well-connected across the UK with a strong commitment to sustainable regional growth.
* Bonus expertise in cross-border e-commerce operations and international market expansion.
* Fluent in English with deep insight into UK consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.
* Highly accountable and driven, with a passion for continuous learning and a collaborative, forward-thinking mindset.
* Skilled in business analysis and strategic planning, with advanced knowledge of merchant marketing frameworks.
* Proven track record in launching initiatives from the ground up and thriving in high-speed, evolving environments.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with the organisation’s overarching business objectives, ensuring measurable impact across key performance areas.
* Lead the design and implementation of promotional initiatives that support operational requirements, while maintaining consistency with the company’s commercial model to drive brand engagement and conversion performance.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of customer demographics and behavioural data to inform acquisition strategies, enhance user experience, and optimise customer lifecycle management systems.
* Establish robust management protocols to monitor team performance against defined KPIs, proactively refining operational approaches to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
* Oversee the strategic planning and execution of Pop-Up activations and new store launches, with a focus on increasing footfall, accelerating revenue growth, strengthening brand equity, and cultivating long-term customer loyalty.
