What will you get up to?
* You’ll be at the centre of it all — overseeing the smooth daily running of the building, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring every client enjoys flawless service in a beautiful, boutique setting.
* Lead day-to-day centre operations including front-of-house, facilities, and client services
* Manage, coach, and motivate your team to consistently exceed expectations
* Build strong relationships with clients and act as their go-to person for support and solutions
* Ensure the space is always impeccably presented and running efficiently
* Take ownership of budgets, supplier management, and compliance with health & safety standards
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver luxury, service-led experiences
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with confidence and speed — always putting the client first
Your Skills and DNA
* Previous experience in a management or senior customer-facing role (Premium luxury hospitality or Luxury hotels).
* Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
* Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and service delivery.
* Comfortable working under pressure and solving problems on the go.
* Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets or centre performance.
* Have a 'one team' approach to leadership.
