The Role
You will take ownership of a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
Sales
Purchases
Re-mortgagesFrom instruction through to post-completion, you'll manage files independently while delivering an exceptional client experience at every stage of the transaction.
What We're Looking For
A Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx professional, or experienced Fee Earner
Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding client service
Experience using case management systems and confidence with legal technology
A commercial mindset, with enthusiasm for networking and generating new business
