Role Purpose
To supervise and coordinate specialist cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery through effective supervision of staff, equipment, and resources. The role requires hands-on involvement in industrial cleaning activities alongside supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day specialist and industrial cleaning activities
* Allocate labour and equipment efficiently to meet operational requirements
* Ensure all work is completed to agreed specifications, deadlines, and quality standards
* Supervise, motivate, and support cleaning operatives
* Supervise the allocation, maintenance, and safe use of specialist cleaning equipment whilst on site
* Ensure all equipment is fit for purpose and compliant with relevant regulations
* Ensure full compliance with instructions and risk assessments provided
* Promote a strong safety culture and ensure safe systems of work are followed
* Report accidents, incidents, and near misses and implement any immediate corrective actions
* Act as a point of contact for clients on-site
* Build and maintain positive working environment
* Respond to on-site client queries
* Supervise/undertake specialist and industrial cleaning tasks
