A Cost and Project Management consultancy in Hertfordshire are seeking an enthusiastic, hard:working Quantity Surveyor to join their busy Cost Management team.
The Quantity Surveyors Role
Working within a close:knit QS team, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad range of commercial projects including retail and unit fit outs, some new build, cut and curve, and roll outs.
Alongside retail, the Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to office, airport, and petrol station projects : all ideal for your APC diary.
There is also the opportunity for the new Quantity Surveyor to get involved in Project Management.
The Quantity Surveyor
Completed a BSc or MSc, RICS accredited degree (ideally Quantity Surveying) 3+ years quantity surveying experience Experience within a cost consultancy / cost management practice Hard working, professional, well spoken Team focused Good pre and post contract experience
