Finance Administrator (with HR Duties) – Immediate Start
Salary: Starting salary £27,000 (dependent on experience)
Location: Leicester (in person)

Printvision (UK) Ltd is a family-owned print company with over 25 years of success. We are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team. This role includes significant HR administration responsibilities, so confidence in handling both finance and HR tasks is essential.
What We're Looking For
You must have:
* At least 2 years' experience in a Finance Administration role
* Very strong, hands-on Xero experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and reporting (used daily)
* Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period
* Commitment to a long-term finance administration role (this is not a trainee or study-support position)
You should also have:
* Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently in a busy environment
Key Responsibilities
Finance Administration
* Processing customer invoices
* Managing accounts payable and receivable in Xero
* Daily/weekly bank reconciliations
* Processing supplier invoices and purchase orders
* Credit control and chasing overdue payments
* Month-end support and financial reporting
* Maintaining accurate ledgers and financial records
* Liaising with suppliers and customers
HR Administration (Major Part of the Role)
* Maintaining employee records
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding
* Managing HR documentation and compliance
* Handling HR paperwork and internal communication
General Administration
* Filing and record keeping
* Supporting sales, operations and procurement
* Ad hoc administrative tasks as required
