To carry out a range of plumbing and multi trade works including but not limited to all wet trades including plastering, decorating both externally and internally and tiling, using schedule of rates. To always understand and comply with all Health and safety regulations and company policies Key Responsibilities and Duties: To have the multi skills knowledge and skills competency in order to complete full repairs and maintenance service to a high specification quality standard using contract specifications. To have the ability to plan each job and ensure the required materials are available to ensure the work is completed to schedule. To perform all the duties associated with a fully qualified Multi Trade EngineerFunctional Responsible for accurate completion of tasks using our in house hand held PDA system Responsible for a company vehicle.
