Equans is looking for an Account Director to join the team at Worcestershire Royal Hospital on a permanent basis. This full‑time role requires 37.5 hours per week and offers a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
Responsibilities
* Ensure high quality service delivery across the range of services provided by EQUANS by applying professional expertise and management control.
* Ensure financial performance is achieved on the contract to meet agreed targets for turnover, profit and cash collection.
* Ensure a sound commercial understanding of the contractual deliverables across the contract and provide leadership to the site team.
* Work with the senior management team and Client to develop and agree strategies that meet the service provision demands, in line with the client contracts and EQUANS objectives. Continuously review and improve these to meet changing requirements.
* Promote/foster a culture of continuous improvement whereby improvements to service delivery and commercial value are identified and implemented.
* Ensure effective working relationships with internal and external customers to maximise operational excellence and growth opportunity.
* Ensure development of direct reports and wider team, using regular reviews and training.
* Ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of risk assessments, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe environment for all employees, the client and patients.
DBS Standard check is required; passing this check is essential.
