Act as a subject matter expert, leveraging your advanced knowledge to lead complex projects, influence strategic direction, and drive innovative business and technology solutions while mentoring others and representing the organisation.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as a liaison between client and technical groups, using communication skills to elicit, document, analyse, and validate requirements.
2. Recommend and coordinate the development, enhancement, and maintenance of client's business systems, processes, and products using high-maturity methods, processes, and tools.
3. Develop innovative business solutions by combining industry expertise with a thorough understanding of IT.
4. Influence the strategic direction of clients.
5. Lead analysis teams on large projects.
6. Manage requirements and change management processes.
7. Design visualisation and user experience elements of solutions.
8. Develop and maintain relationships to manage scope, schedule, budgets, and expectations.
9. Lead business studies and present results to senior management.
10. Participate in proposals, feasibility studies, and new business development.
11. Assess business implications of technology applications and identify new opportunities using industry knowledge and client relationships.
Requirements:
Education and experience:
* 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with experience leading complex projects and strategies across multiple teams.
* Experience mentoring Business Analysts.
Knowledge and skills:
* Provide guidance on process improvements and policy establishment.
* Represent the organisation to external users/clients.
* Deep understanding of business analysis principles across domains.
* Knowledge of Agile frameworks and scaling methodologies.
* Understanding of organisational dynamics and change management.
* Knowledge of product portfolio management and strategic planning.
* Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
* Strong communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to drive alignment and resolve dependencies across teams.
* Influence on product strategy and organizational decision-making.
