We are looking for Service Engineers in Glasgow (Scotland)
Summary
Responsible for carrying out regular maintenance service visits to lifts and equipment within the allocated area. During the normal working day, attend lift breakdown callouts within the contractual response time, carrying out small repairs where capable, and advising the Supervisor / Call Centre if unable to solve. Build excellent customer relationships with all clients, especially those with "Warranty" lifts, to secure ongoing service contracts. Provide Head Office with client ownership information when available. Be an integral part of the regional 24/7 standby/callout rota.
Requirements
* Must have experience in the Lift industry
* Lift Maintenance: Able to complete basic service and maintenance requirements for most types of lifts.
* Customer Focus: Aim to build effective relationships with internal and external customers, gaining their trust and respect by meeting and exceeding expectations.
* Health, Safety, and Environment: Fully understand the risks and all HSE aspects of the role, proactively implementing procedures under own initiative.
