The responsibilities of the Day to Day teacher role:
* Keep pupils engaged and on schedule
* Adapt activities if needed (depending on time, ability, or behaviour)
* Keep a positive and safe working environment for staff and students
* Be alert to any concerns and report them to the designated safeguarding lead (DSL)
* Deal calmly with disruptions
* Build quick rapport with pupils

* Teaching certification or QTS.
* Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
