A well-established and growing practice based in Stourbridge are looking for a junior IFA Administrator to join their team.
The role would be for ideally someone with experience in finance or professional services, however this is not essential.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
7. Provide high-quality administrative support to advisers and the support team.
8. Effectively communicate with clients and other parties to address queries.
9. Accurately process applications and record management information.
10. Collaborate with product providers, advisers, clients, and third parties to ensure timely case completion.
Qualifications and Skills:
11. Previous experience Within an IFA.
12. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
14. Proficient in using back-office systems.
15. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
