At Marshall Audi Exeter, we’re looking for a detail-focused Warranty Administrator to manage warranty processes and support our workshop and service teams in delivering a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the accurate and timely completion of warranty-related administration, ensuring all processes comply with manufacturer and group policies.
* Manage your workload efficiently to meet all departmental objectives and legal requirements.
* Ensure strict adherence to all Group, Manufacturer policies, and statutory legislation.
* Utilise IT systems; Kerridge experience is a plus but not essential as full training will be provided.
* Organise, process-driven, and manage time and workload effectively.
* Build good working relationships and uphold our Marshall values at all times.
Qualifications
* Previous administration experience, ideally with knowledge of manufacturer warranty procedures.
* Confidence in using IT systems; Kerridge experience is a plus but not essential.
* Organised, process-driven and effective at managing time and workload.
* Customer‑centric and can‑do attitude.
