With 22 million digitally active customers and a tech transformation underway, we're not tinkering at the edges. We're reinventing how banking and finance works – and as a Technology Engineering Graduate, you'll be right at the heart of it. We’re one of the biggest investors in technology, putting up to £3bn a year into new tools, apps, platforms and new ways of working. We've set ourselves the challenge of building banking that's safer, smarter, and simpler for everyone. This is where theory meets action. You won't just code – you'll create, test and deploy solutions that millions rely on every day. You'll focus on engineering, development, and deployment – the practical build of the solutions that bring ideas to life. One important note: if your passion lies in AI and machine learning, this isn’t the scheme for you. Those roles sit within our Data Science and AI Graduate Scheme.
At Lloyds Banking Group, we’re driven by a clear purpose; to help Britain prosper. Across the Group, our colleagues are focused on making a difference to customers, businesses and communities. With us you'll have a key role to play in shaping the financial services of the future, whilst the scale and reach of our Group means you'll have many opportunities to learn, grow and develop. We keep your data safe. We’ll only ever ask you to provide confidential or sensitive information once you have formally been invited to an interview or accepted a verbal offer to join us, at which point we run our background checks. We’ll always explain what we need and why, with any request coming from a trusted Lloyds Banking Group person. We’re focused on creating a values‑led culture and are committed to building a workforce which reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve.
