Join the Veterinary Surgeon – Small Animal role at IVC Evidensia UK in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. The position offers a competitive base salary up to £65,000 DOE, a welcome bonus of up to £1,000, and a relocation allowance of up to £8,000.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform advanced soft‑tissue and orthopaedic surgeries in‑house and support ongoing clinical development via the IVC Evidensia Graduate Scheme.
* Provide comprehensive surgical care across the practice’s centres, including Haverfordwest (surgery, dentistry, in‑house lab, ultrasound, radiography and endoscopy), Fishguard (surgery, consultations and a dedicated rehab centre) and St David’s.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of veterinarians, advanced practitioners, exotic specialists, veterinary nursing staff and reception support to deliver high‑quality client communication and service.
* Contribute to practice quality improvement programmes, infection prevention protocols and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
* Qualified veterinary surgeon with evidence of advanced small‑animal surgical competence.
* Experience in a small‑animal multidisciplinary setting and commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Strong communication skills suitable for client interaction and team collaboration.
