Monday – Thursday 08.00 – 17.00
Friday 08.00 – 14.00

As a successful candidate you will have experience working as a Damp and Mould General Operative.
Key accountabilities
* Working in a semi-skilled labourer role to complete maintenance on properties suffering from damp and mould issues.
* Washing, cleaning, and treating surfaces affected by damp and mould with specified mould treatments.
* Site set up, to include stripping out of properties including kitchens, radiators, toilets/wash basins and bathrooms and removal of plaster ready for follow on trades.
* Clean and clearance of site and delivery of materials/collection of rubbish
* Undertaking any other reasonable duties/projects as required by the line manager/senior manager.

* Be a confident communicator with the ability to follow and understand instructions
* Be hard working, reliable and trustworthy
* Be able to work to set time frames
* Be an enthusiastic team player, working well under pressure with good attention to detail
* Demonstrate a "can do" attitude and be self-motivated
* Be flexible and reliable in their approach to work
* Have a full clean driving license
General Responsibilities
