6 months fixed term role - Monday to Friday, working hours are 9am till 5pm, or am to, Remote working is possible
full time in the office until trained, then can work from home up to 2 days per week
As our new Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for accurately processing payroll for our employees and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Working as part of a fast paced team environment, you will play a pivotal role within the Group.
What you'll be doing
In this role, youll:
1. Processing of weekly and monthly payrolls adhering to payroll processes, procedures and statutory legislation
2. Audit and review of information received ensuring relevant internal procedures are followed and deadlines achieved
3. Production of payroll reconciliation and control reports
4. Answering queries and data requests from internal colleagues and external sources

5. Excellent communication skills; professional handling of customer and internal contacts
6. Collaborative worker who operates with colleagues to deliver joint success with a flexible and resilient manner
7. Organized, high attention to detail and the ability to deliver to strict deadlines
8. Confident with a professional manner and customer focused approach
9. Good technical and numeracy skills, to include Excel
10. Payroll experience (minimum 2 years) in a fast paced environment
11. Practical experience of stand alone and integrated HR and Payroll systems
12. Experience of using MHR iTrent and Iris Cascade systems desirable
