ABOUT THE JOB
6. You'll develop, maintain, and publish optimised flight schedules that reflect demand, fleet availability, operational constraints, and commercial objectives across TUI Airline.
7. We'll rely on you to plan, coordinate, and manage TUI's slot portfolio, ensuring compliance with IATA WSG and EU regulations while maximising value from constrained slots.
8. Working as a key interface with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Fleet, Crew Planning, Ground Handling, and Finance, you'll proactively influence decisions impacting schedules and commercial outcomes.
9. Leading scenario simulations and performance monitoring, you'll apply financial, operational, and commercial insight to optimise flight schedules and slot utilisation.
10. Your expertise will help identify opportunities to streamline planning processes, reduce errors, and improve responsiveness across scheduling cycles.
11. During disruptions, you'll establish responsive planning processes to mitigate impact and support short-notice changes, working closely with Network Operations and Ground Operations teams.
ABOUT YOU
12. You have recognised expertise in scheduling and slot management with the ability to influence both operational and commercial outcomes across multiple AOCs and international markets.
13. Your strategic and analytical leadership allows you to convert complex data into actionable insights and high-level recommendations that shape airline network performance.
14. Operating effectively at senior executive level, you can influence external stakeholders, including regulators, airport authorities, and industry bodies.
15. You demonstrate exceptional judgment in high-pressure situations, balancing competing operational, financial, and commercial priorities.
16. As a persuasive and credible communicator, you can articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences while securing buy-in for critical decisions.
17. Your global mindset allows you to navigate multi-geography, multi-cultural contexts with ease, understanding nuances in operational frameworks across regions.
