Field Service Engineer – Join ENVEA's Dedicated Team! We are recruiting for multiple positions across the UK. Preferred applicants would be based in, or within a reasonable commuting distance of, the listed locations.
Locations: SW London – Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Oxfordshire; NW London – Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire; Midlands – Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the face of ENVEA, delivering expert service and support to customers in your allocated region. Your responsibilities will include:
* On-Site Expertise: Repair, commission, calibrate, and fault-find (to board level) ENVEA’s equipment at industrial sites.
* Customer Training: Help customers maximise the potential of their systems with training on functionality and maintenance.
* Problem-Solving: Diagnose technical issues and provide clear solutions, becoming a trusted advisor to our clients.
* Feedback and Collaboration: Share field insights with internal teams to drive product improvements and future innovations.
* Documentation: Accurately maintain service records and ensure timely completion of reports.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who combines technical expertise with a passion for customer service. Our ideal candidate has:
* A degree, HND, or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience in electronics, ideally within instrumentation or an industrial environment.
* Previous field service experience (a plus).
* Knowledge of gas analysers or particulate emission monitors (advantageous but not essential).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* A full UK driving licence (held for at least three years).
