Role Highlights:
* Supporting the delivery of engaging science lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Explaining scientific concepts in a clear and accessible way
* Encouraging curiosity and independent thinking among students
* Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment
* Assisting with marking, assessment, and student feedback
* Taking part in professional development and safeguarding training
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* A degree in a science-related subject (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, etc.)
* A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence in leading a classroom with support from the school team
* A desire to progress into teacher training (PGCE, SCITT, QTS Apprenticeship)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
