Business Development Manager
Glasgow | Full-time | Lead Generation
The role
Youll be responsible for driving outbound activity, qualifying prospects, and handing over leads to client sales teams. Youll work as part of a small team and be supported to improve and progress in your role.
Key responsibilities
* Research and prepare data for outreach
* Contact prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
* Speak with senior decision makers to understand their needs
* Record key insights and update CRM systems
* Qualify leads and pass them to client sales teams
What were looking for
* Sales or lead generation experience (ideally B2B or enterprise)
* Confident speaking to senior stakeholders and decision makers
* Familiar with CRM tools and LinkedIn
* Clear, professional communication style
* Self-motivated, with a track record of hitting targets
Interview process
1. Call with a consultant from Reel Recruit
2. Short solo video interview (4 questions)
3. Final face-to-face interview(s) with the Route to Market team (12 stages)
