We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team at Dental Touch. About the Role: As the first point of contact for our patients, you will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience while managing essential administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting patients in person and over the phone. Managing appointment bookings and scheduling. Handling patient records and administrative tasks. Processing payments and insurance claims. Running reports and analysing data to support practice operations. Using Customer Relations Management (CRM) platforms to manage patient interactions and follow-ups. Maintaining a clean and organised reception area. About You: We are looking for someone who is: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in generating and analysing reports. Comfortable using CRM platforms and R4 dental software. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Able to multitask in a busy environment. A strong communicator with great customer service skills.
