Job Description Deputy Children’s Home Manager (Level 3) – Therapeutic Residential Care This children’s home provides therapeutic care in a structured, supportive environment for young people with complex needs. As Deputy Manager will support the Home Manager in daily operations, lead a small team, and ensure therapeutic of care are consistently delivered. Before You Apply Applicants must have at least two years’ experience in a children’s residential home at a senior level. A full Level 3 qualification (or above) in children’s residential care is required. A valid driving licence and access to a car is essential.
