The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of all deliveries, installations and services. This role involves leading the team to achieve operational excellence and consistently meet or exceed customer service levels. About the Role: Delivering exceptional communication to customers to enhance customer satisfaction, and cultivate strong relationships with customers. Oversee the delivery of high-quality products and services to all customers. Ensuring that all customer site installations are managed, installed, and signed off in strict adherence to company Operational Excellence, from Depot to Delivery process. Overseeing the depot's Profit & Loss performance by controlling costs within budget and ensuring the profitable execution of all product and service deliveries. Overseeing all depot transport activities. Overseeing the management of the depot, you will lead and inspire the team, driving efficiency and innovation in daily operations.
