We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join a team and inspire students to explore diverse beliefs, values, and cultures. The successful candidate will be confident in delivering engaging lessons across Key Stage 3/4 and committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a Religious Education Teacher:
* Plan and deliver creative, thought-provoking RE lessons that encourage critical thinking.
* Promote respect, understanding, and tolerance of different worldviews.
* Prepare students for internal assessments and public examinations.
* Contribute to whole-school initiatives, extra-curricular activities, and curriculum development.
Ideal Religious Education Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong subject knowledge of world religions, ethics, and philosophy as the Religious Education Teacher.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage learners of all abilities.
* Commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion.
