We are looking for a Senior Sales Lead to join our busy and growing organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, mentoring team members and developing strategic client relationships across the Lockers customer base & function. This is the ideal role for a proactive leader who has deep understanding of sales processes, customer engagement and market trends - striving always to be the ‘Unquestionable Market Leader’. Key Working Relationships Group Sales Director, Group Director, Head of Inside Sales Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Identify new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline. Team Leadership & Mentorship Guide and support the sales team in achieving targets and KPIs. Mentor junior sales reps and foster a high-performance sales culture. Conduct regular performance reviews. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Act as the main point of contact for high-value clients and complex deals. Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention. Reporting & Forecasting Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses. Monitor team performance and adjust strategies to meet targets. Report directly to senior management with insights and recommendations. Collaboration Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams. Provide feedback on market needs, product development and promotional efforts. Required Qualifications / Knowledge & Experience Proficient in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, with the ability to manage data and workflows effectively. Intermediate Excel skills, with experience in generating reports and tracking performance metrics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and at all organizational levels. Strong customer-centric mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
